NOCN Level 1
Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
Develop essential knowledge of construction-site health and safety, including risk, safe working practices and the responsibilities that underpin working safely in the sector.
Highfield Level 3
Domestic Retrofit
Build specialist knowledge of domestic retrofit, including buildings and energy performance, documentation, PAS 2035 processes and roles, damp, mould and professional working practices.

It brings together improvements to the building fabric, ventilation, heating and low-carbon technologies. Understanding how those measures work together is increasingly important across construction, housing and property maintenance.
It isn't about one measure in isolation.
You'll develop an understanding of the whole-house approach to retrofit: how a building performs, how different improvements interact and why work needs to be planned and coordinated properly.
