Our tutors are experienced practitioners first and educators second — each brings real-world expertise from their own industry into the classroom. We invest heavily in professional development. Tutors complete regular observations of teaching and training, with feedback focused on continuous improvement rather than compliance. Observations capture how effectively learning is planned, delivered, and assessed — and how well learners are supported to progress.

Each tutor has an annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan that combines sector-specific refreshers with teaching enhancement. Activities include employer placements, peer micro-teaching sessions, and standardisation meetings to keep delivery consistent across all programmes.
