Our commitment

Respect, fairness and responsibility

Teach Vocation has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically, protecting human rights and maintaining responsible working practices throughout our organisation and wider supply chain.

We expect the same standards from the suppliers, contractors and partners we work with. Our approach is supported by clear policies, safer recruitment practices, appropriate due diligence and a culture in which concerns can be raised and acted upon without delay.

We recognise our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and continue to review our arrangements so they remain proportionate to the nature, scale and risks of our operations.

Continuous Review

We regularly review our policies, supplier relationships and organisational practices to strengthen our approach and respond to emerging risks.
